Using the new tool bar in your suite
The new tool bar in your suite did not come with instructions but I’ve been playing with them all morning and this is what I know now.
When you click on an object you get the object tool bar with 6 buttons. The first one from the left looks like a storage chest. Click on it to put the object into your storage. The double arrow button flips the object, the circular arrow seems to restore the object to the original size, the curved arrow lets you put the object back (handy if you accidentally moved something), the i inside a circle displays item information, and there is a recycle button.
When you click on your doll, the tool bar changes to what I will call the doll tool bar. This has only 5 buttons, but you can see a sixth button to the left of your doll. The button that looks like lipstick and a compact takes you to your beauty parlor. You can save or not save your suite before you go. The second button looks like a bullet list, and it shows you what items you are wearing. It offers to store all items, or move your curser over each picture of an item to see more choices. You can get information or store just that item. Note that your clothing will not go into your closet, but into your storage. The button that looks like an arrow pointing down to a book will save your doll in your album. The round arrow restores your doll to her original size. The curved arrow lets you put your doll back if you just moved her. The circle with directional arrows displayed on the upper left hand side seems to float a bit away from your doll. You click on this and drag your doll to a new location, so you do not accidentally remove her clothes.
Do you have any handy tips, feedback or observations about the new tool bars? Please post them in my comments.
Play safe and have fun.
