Prom: Dancing, Fun & Friends
It's that time of year again, that's right, Prom season. Or, perhaps you call it a Ball? Either way, here are some helpful tips for one of the best nights of your high school career.
-NEVER EVER, EVER, cut your hair the day before Prom! Do it a few weeks before, at least! You'd hate for something to go wrong during your usual cut only for you to have to hide it in some way for your Prom photos!
-Get your nails done a couple days before the day of your prom. It's one of those things you can do in advance, so you don't need to rush the day of your Prom.
-If you can, get your shoes before you choose your dress. It can be hard finding the right shoes for a dress if it's a unique colour, so, buy your shoes first, that way, you don't need to worry! You'll already have the perfect shoes if you take them in with you to match the dress you buy!
-If your Prom is on a Saturday, like mine was, then make a day of it. Invite your friends over and get ready together, do each other's hair and makeup, that'll save you a couple bucks!
-And last, but certainly not least, don't worry if you don't have a date to go with. Go with your friends!
