As the winter boots are finally getting tucked away, we look to the spring 2011 runways for some open-toed inspiration. Chloé’s minimalist approach to sandals left nothing to be desired, while Tory Burch’s ornate thong flats were anything but orthopedic. And though many designers stayed grounded, others, such as Fendi and Yves Saint Laurent, lifted their heels skyward.
