Paris Hilton obviously doesn't let a little scandal ruin her summer holiday! We spotted her and sister Nicky Hilton having a whole lot of fun with friends in Monte Carlo yesterday. The ladies did what they do best - shop for a bit and then were packed ont a luxury boat, where it looked like the party was starting early! Some girls have all the luck!
