When I first joined Stardoll, I had some very wild and crazy ideas about what the site did and how to win items. Looking back on the few I can remember, I can say I had a very active imagination. I've decided to share them with you.

MUST BE A PAYING MEMBER TO WIN DAILY CONTESTS
At the time I rejoined Stardoll, many paying members were being crowned Covergirls, Hottest Designs and basically winning all the contests held on the site. So I assumed that one needed to be a paying member in order to be eligible to compete in said contests.

ELABORATE EXPLANATION ON BUYING ACHEIVEMENTS
When the achievements were introduced and I was new, I mistook the 25 Starpoints you gain for winning Covergirl as the amount of Stardollars you needed to pay in order to attain the achievement and that the dolls who win would partner up in a secret group and map out who would take the achievement and they would take turns daily (please don’t ask me who the secret group was, I was a 15 year old with a very over active imagination).

STARDOLLARS AND SUPERSTAR GENERATORS
When I had joined stardoll, I strongly believed that the members who had Royalty and Superstar were using the generators that were floating around on the web. The layouts and chats they had made it seem that they actually worked, plus the Youtube videos people had showing the hacks were working all seemed so real at that point.
