Easy Ways for Happiness
Sometimes, happiness is less far away than you think. It could be minutes away, or just within your grasp. Here are some easy ways which might make you a little bit more happy:
Smile - smiling for a minute, even if you don't feel like it, can somehow raise your spirits. Maybe it's because your body associates smiling with happiness, thus making you feel happy when you smile.
Clean - I don't feel great when my room is messy, so if I feel a little low I will clean up a bit. It helps a bit as you're in a fresher, cleaner atmosphere.
Relax - if you have no work to be done, why not take an early night and relax with a book? You'll be away from technology and that's very relaxing.
Let it out - you shouldn't go to sleep with any ill feelings, as it will make you feel terrible. So, let out your feelings, have a good cry, do whatever you need to let your feelings out. It helps.
