- Recipe: Fried Soft-Shell Tacos- Although fried foods are obviously never the healthiest choice, they are quite tasty, once in a while. :) Make sure to get a parent/guardian's permission when in the kitchen! - YOU WILL NEED: 
 - 1 pound of hamburger
 - packet of taco seasoning
 - taco sauce
 - tortillas- DIRECTIONS: 
 1. Brown the hamburger, drain it and then place it back in the pan. Add 2/3 cup water with the seasoning. Stir, heat to boiling and let simmer for 4-5 minutes.
 2. Put enough oil into another pan to be able to submerge a tortilla in it. Make sure the heat for the oil is on medium.
 3. Place one tortilla into the oil for 1 minute, flip it, and cook the other side for another minute. Repeat this process for however many tortillas you plan to make.
 4. Top up your fried soft-shell tacos with whatever you like and enjoy!   - (they aren't soft and they aren't crunchy, they're more "chewy" and delicious!)
