My goals for 2019

Hey Dollies!

 

Thank you so much for the support from the latest post! I'm so glad that you all enjoyed and hopefully, you can make the best of 2019! Sticking with the new year, I thought I'd share some of my goals for 2019! It's only been 2 weeks in the new year and yet so much has happened! I've already learnt a lot of things about myself, had some great times and had some really upsetting moments! If so much can happen in 2 weeks, I know I can achieve all my goals!

- Self Care

Over the past years, I've been really slack at giving my body what it deserves. I rarely cleaned my face and despised brushing or washing my hair even after swimming! I would work my body hard and didn't give it some relax time. One of my goals for 2019 is to look after my body including washing my hair once or twice a week and brushing it every day. I will try my best to wash my face every day and I've decided once a week I need to have a relaxing bubble bath before bed!

 

- Screen Time

I've noticed that I've become really addicted to my phone and computer! When I'm bored or have nothing to do I always find myself getting dragged onto my phone or computer. Even when I'm not bored, I'm always staring at a screen! So my 2nd goal for 2019 is to have less screen time. I have taken myself off most social media and have set a time limit of 2 hours to be looking at a screen!
