How to: Cheer yourself up!

Hi Dollies!

Sometimes we can all feel a bit down in the dumps without knowing what to do about it so heres 7 easy ways that I cheer myself up!

1) Tie your hair out of your face and wash all of your makeup off. By doing this you will all ready feel a lot fresher and happier!

2) Get comfy! If this means throwing on your pyjamas and snuggling under your duvet with a cuddly friend then do it!

3) Dont be afraid to cry. Most of the time this will help you and make you feel better as you can get all your emotions out at once!

4) Do something you love. Whether its art, watching your favourite T.V show or even playing on stardoll! Just do it because you love it!

5) Talk to someone about how you're feeling. By letting someone know they can help you feel better... You never know, they might of been through the exact same thing you're upset about!

6) Have a nap. Sleeping is one of the best ways to feel great! A quick nap can cure your blues without you even really having to do anything!

7) SMILE! Smiling is scientifically proven to make you feel better so go on give yourself a cheeky grin right now and feel the magic take place!
