Sometimes we feel stressed and it can be out of our control.
I have composed an anti-stress list to help anyone feeling stressy.
- Go for a walk. This helps to clear your head and the exercise is good.
- Meditate. This is a good technique for reducing anxiety.
- Laugh. Watch a good comedy with a friend, laughing is a good way of dealing with stress.
- Yoga. There are some good videos online if you are a beginner. This is a really good way of coping with stress.
- Cut down on coffee. Swap your coffee out for a fresh glass of orange juice. Not only is it better for you, the less caffeine the better.
- Candles. Lighting a scented candle really helps you to relax. Try lavender.
- Listen to music. Soothing music can help take your mind off things.
-Write it down. Keep a diary of what stresses you out. It will help you to identify the cause of your stress.
- Just breathe. It's not the end of the world and you will be okay!
