Get Healthy with Me: Lunch Ideas

Hi dolls, 

I have decided to start a new blog series, "Get Healthy with Me". Throughout this series I will give my tips and ideas for a healthier lifestyle. 

 

 

These are my healthy lunch ideas that I try to use at least 3-4 times a week. 

Salads                                                                                                              

 Salads are a great choice for healthy eating. They are very filling and very versatile! I love how you can make them suit your personal taste. My favourite picks are, avocado salad, egg salad, potato salad, and pasta salad.

Wraps, Rolls and Sandwiches

Like salads, these are also versatile, as you can pretty much stuff them with whatever you want, (avoid the nutella though!) My picks are, turkey wraps, egg rolls, and tuna sandwiches.

Soup and Stir Frys

 Healthy soup recipes and stir fry recipes are very easy to make. I love tomato soup, potato and leek soup, and quinoa stir fry.

Pies

 I love a tasty baked pie! There are endless healthy choices, from fish pie to Shepherd's pie.
