Breakfast

Breakfast is said to be the most important meal of your day. It provides you with the energy and nutrients that will lead to increased concentration throughout your day and yet many people don't eat breakfast like they should. 

 

Here are some ideas for a healthy breakfast:
(When choosing breakfast try to choose 2-3 things from the following food groups; bread and grain, milk and dairy products, fruit and vegetables.) 

-Avocado on Toast

-Blueberry Oat Muffin with a glass of Milk

-Fruity Muesli with Milk (and maybe a dollop of yoghurt on top!)

-Boiled Egg with Toast
