What's bothering you?
I know I'm not a psychiatrist, so if something is bothering you to the point that it's affected how you work and how you act, go talk to your doctor! But, here are a few ways you can find the root cause of what's really bothering you...
« Let it out! Tell someone you know well or write it down. In this way, you're also organising your thoughts.
» Talk to yourself - do this in a private room so nobody will hear you, or say it in your head. Here's an example conversation:
Why were you arguing?
Because this girl was annoying me by making fun of my hair.
Why were you so annoyed by that?
She knows that I didn't get much sleep last night.
But, why does this bother you so much?
Because she's popular and I'm worried she's going to steal all my friends away!
See, the cause in this case is jealousy.
« If it gets bad, tell someone - it could be worse than you think and you might need help from other people for it.
