Cameron Jibril Thomaz, more known as Wiz Khalifa, is sued for his song Black And Yellow! The rapper Maxamillion claims that Wiz has infringed his song Pink and Yellow which came out in in 2008. Max claims Khalifa's 2011 number one US single plagiarizes his own 2008 track and is now suing him for $2.3 millions. Both tracks feature rapped repetition of their titles and the song Black and Yellow references the colours worn by sports teams in Khalifa's native Pittsburgh.
