As I'm sure you are all aware, we've had some trouble with some unpleasant messages being Broadcast. These were being sent out by fake accounts that were created just to send rude messages.

We have now added a level requirement of Level 17 to the Broadcast System. We find this to be the best way to make sure that people can't send rude messages with new accounts, while making sure it doesn't negatively affect the Community.
