Hi dollies!

Now, as much as I love going on my phone and on online games, there is something truly unique about sitting down and having a go at a brainteaser.

These can be anything like: Sudoku, crosswords, word searches, riddles etc.

The aim of brainteasers are to challenge your thinking and look for patterns.

One of my personal favourites are sudokus, I find it relaxing to not have to look at a screen and just focus my mind on finding the right number to put in the box. It's also a great accomplishment when finished.

I know that you can get these games on an app, but to experience this properly, buy a book with them in, or even print one out to do yourself. You can find all levels of difficulty from easy to really tricky.

So why not have a go and pick up a word search?
