Is Sense8 Underrated?

54 kuukautta sitten

It would be unique If we could somehow telepathically communicate with people from other continets and with different backgrounds, but that's not all there is that I enjoy about the tv show Sense8. In this article, you can see my thoughts on the Netflix's best and most underrated series called Sense8

Eight strangers communicate in a unique way and fully understand each others' thoughts. Screenwriters' attempt to give this "supernatural" ability human dimensions creating a new human species (Human Sensorium) shows man's inner need for meaningful communication. We need to build bonds of friendship and relationships with others and feel that our thoughts and feelings are understood by those around us. Feeling that you can put yourself in someone else's shoes and they can do so as well is something unique. This is why it is presented as a brain disorder in the tv show, because communication is based on thoughts and opinions that later are developed into strong emotions.

But what unites all of them, regardless of ther circle (It should be noted at this point that the circle of people means they have common experiences and views and the fully support of each other), is pain. I found this information really important. In fact, pain is what unites people and brings us closer whether we are friends or strangers. And the fact that they could feel the pain of others increases the value of sympathy, which I believe we should have between us.

But beyond that, the series sends important messages about the true identity of each of us and each other. Who we are? Who determines who we are? And what determines it? Is it our actions or our thoughts or our dreams or our fears or what we have not yet achieved? Are we what other see or what we ourselves see? Can we freely choose which path we want to follow in our lives?

What are your thoughts? Have you watched Sense8?
