Your Relaxation Tips!

We all have stress in our lives, and it can be hard to think of ways to relax when that stress gets too much for us to cope with.  I asked some dolls to share their best relaxation tips, and here they are!  Try some of these strategies the next time you're feeling overwhelmed.


Everyday life is so stressful because of school, work etc.! What I do when I want to relax is play the piano. It helps me release all the stress and just let go! Writing and composing soft ballads is another relaxing activity for me - the lyrics depend on my feelings while writing. Finally, drawing and doodle art have helped me relax and deal with anxiety. -nyfiserena8


For me to relax, I like to pamper myself and boost my confidence - it makes me feel better if I'm feeling a little sick or down. I also like to stand/sit on the balcony, have some fresh air and think to my self, maybe even speak to myself to reassure myself about how I should be happy and about my future plans. Last of all, I just do general stuff like watch my favorite show or socialize with my friends - it'll make you feel better and cheer you up a little, especially if you've had something on your mind lately. -selemina125


What relaxes me is staying with my family and the people I love most! With them I can feel that I have the world in my hands and that everything will be okay if I have them by my side. I also like to read books, watch TV, and play Stardoll! -PinkyShorts
