- A Changed Outlook: Day Two- Hi Dolls! Beatrix here. - Last time, for this project - we focused on getting to know ourselves better! This time, we're going to take action. Today we're going to focus on controlling and working out our emotions. - Two of my biggest flaws are my anger and sadness. I get uncontrollable waves of anger that make me act so childish! My ears get hot, my eyes water, and my whole body shakes when I get angry. I say things I don't mean and I turn into a giant baby, honestly. 
 As for my sadness, I just shut down completely. I will not eat, talk to anyone, or even come out of my room.- If you can identify with these feelings, or have another feeling closely related, I hope this article helps.  - Find something that helps you feel at peace. 
 I suggest going on a walk/hike or doing something with nature. Nature always calms me down.
 Whenever you're feeling sad or angry, go there.
 It's been working for me, whenever I'm feeling not too good, I ride my bike and just focus on how beautiful the trees around me are.
