My Spring Trend Picks
I've recently been researching the trends that have been seen in spring catwalk collections, and have picked out a few of my faves! Add some of these aspects to your own style to be ahead of the fashion curve this year.
Victorian Inspirations
High collars, embroidery, and long skirts, this trend is perfect for the modest dresser! Check out my Victorian inspired styling on the far left in the picture above - I used off-whites and detailed clothing to create a modern take on the Victorian look. Remember, the key aspects to this trend are long, flowy skirts, and embellished collars!Net
Net is one of my favourite fabrics, as it is perfect to add an extra dimension to a look, without adding heat or weight. Try a net top over a bright top or dress for that dynamic punk look, or pop on some net stockings if you're feeling daring - the pair my doll is wearing above was a free gift from The Vote!Architectural Shirts
Highly structured shirts in neutral colours are a high fashion way to make a minimal look pop. If you don't want to go the whole way, try a white shirt with a bow or ruffle front, or a button up, off shoulder top- this can give you that unusual aesthetic while still being casual enough to wear daily! What's your fave Spring trend?
