A special bath product can really help you relax after a long day, but shop bought products can often be very expensive! Here are a few easy and cheap bath product recipes that you can make at home with things you have around the house.

Oatmeal Bath
This is a mild bath that will soothe your skin and help you relax.
You Will Need:
-Plain oatmeal
-Old, clean tights
-Essential oil (optional) (check to ensure your oil is bath/body safe)Cut the foot off the tights so you have what looks like a sock made out of tight material. Put a handful or two of your oats in to the sock, and add a drop of essential oil for scent. Tie the top of the sock.
You can then pop your creation into a warm bath and let it diffuse through the water - how soothing! Give it a squeeze to release more oaty skin softeners.Bath Tea

You Will Need:

-Dried or fresh herbs (choose ones you like the smell of)Cut the toe off the tights so you have what looks like a sock made out of tight material. Put your herbs into the toe, and tie the top of the sock.
