Hey guys! ♥

When you look at a large majority of pop music, you'll see that most songs are about the same kinds of things - relationships, partying and illegal substances or activities. Although this music is catchy, and occasionally good, at times I feel like there's need for songs with more substance.

In this new series, I've decided to discuss songs that address real issues that effect real people on a daily basis. Music is such a powerful and effective way to communicate to people, and I truly believe that it can make a big difference to our society, as long as people share it around. 

I already have a few artists and songs I know I'm going to write about, but if you know any musicians with songs that discuss real issues, feel free to comment it down below so I can include them in future posts! xx
