Gesichtsmaske für eine reine Haut mit Hefe: Einen Würfel Hefe oder fertiges Trockenhefepulver mit lauwarmer Milch vermischen und die entstandene glatte Paste auf die vorher angefeuchtete Gesichtshaut auftragen. Nachdem die Maske auf der Haut getrocknet ist, wieder mit lauwarmem Wasser abwaschen.
