HOMEMADE SNACK RECIPES #2 - SMOOTHIES
Hi there sugar cubes!
I wanted to share with you some of my favorite smoothie recipes that I've worked on over the years. They are perfect as breakfast and/or snacks. These smoothies are for every type of taste. Feel free to ajust the quantities of ingredients as well as adding sugar or extra liquid. These recipe are good for 1 to 2 portions.
AVOCADO BERRIES
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/3 cup Blue berries
- 1 Avocado
- 1tbs of Honey
MANGO COLADA
- 1 can of light coconut milk
- 1 cup of pineapple
- 1/2 Mango
- 2tbs of Shaved coconut
CHOCO-BANANA
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/4 cup of oats
- 2 small ripe bananas
- 2tbs of cocoa powder
- 1tbs of honey
GREEN PINEAPPLE
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup of pineapple
- 1/2 cup of kale
BERRY LOVE
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/3 cup of strawberries
- 1/3 cup of blueberries
- 1/3 cup of blackberries
- 1 ripe banana
GREEN QUEEN
- 1 cup of pineapple juice
- 2 full kiwis
- 1/2 cup of honeydew
- 1/2 cup of kale
COCONUT MELON
- 1 can of coconut milk
- 1 small branch of fresh mint
- 1 cup of honey dew
- 1/3 cup of kale
CREAMY CHOCO-PEANUT
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 avocado
- 2tbs of peanut butter
