- Get to Know You- Here are a few tips on how to get to know yourself and why you feel a certain way. I believe that getting to know yourself is the first step to being happy! - 1. Know Your Breaking Point 
 Sometimes you need to know where to draw the line. If you’re feeling stressed about something then take a step back and some time out when you’re not getting anywhere. You can't continue doing something that is making you upset.- 2. Know Somebody That Knows You 
 As in, your name and history, but mostly someone you can talk to with ease. This can be anyone you have respect for- a parent or guardian, close friend, or even your doctor- that is important! Sometimes we think we are doing the right thing for ourselves, but someone that really knows you well might think differently.- 3. What Makes You Happy 
 The last time you were stressed or upset- what put you back in a good mood? If you don’t know, there are lots of things you can try! Call a friend, get a manicure, see a therapist, even play stardoll- the list is endless, just make sure that it’s something that will make you feel better!- 4. Your number #1 goal 
 Everyone has a dream, you need something to aim for in life whether it be long term or short term- make it achievable! Perhaps set yourself a goal to achieve good exam grades at the end of the year, make a new friend tomorrow, or get your dream job sometime in the next decade and work towards it step by step everyday.
