Team Work

107个月之前

Hi dolls.

Sometimes in life there may come a point when you need to work with people you might not know, get along with or your friends. It can sometimes be tricky, but working in a team is an essential skill you need to have.

Whether it's for coursework in school/college, in your job or perhaps a sports team you're a part of. Whatever it is that's requiring you to work in a group, you need to get through it and make sure your team does well.

Here are my tips for working in a team:

Credit. Taking credit when it's due is important, if you thought of an idea and it worked amazingly well, then make sure the team or whoever is watching you - Tutor/Manager is aware of this also. However, you must also remember not to take credit for anything that you didn't contribute to. This can lead others in the team to be annoyed with you.

Being Firm. In a team there will always be at least one person who wants to take the lead. However, if you're trying to get a point across you need to stand your ground! Don't let anyone overpower you, but at the same time don't resort to shouting if the other person is being loud.

Reinforcement. If a member of your team is contributing ideas or helping the team in anyway, make sure to tell them this. Positive reinforcement when working as a team really is crucial! It strengthens the team and makes others follow the example of someone who is doing outstanding work.

Well dolls, these are my tips for team building. What are yours?

Hope this post helps you.
