What is Self Respect?
Not everybody loves themselves (even though they probably should) and not everybody respects themselves, and they definitely should! Self respect is the value and pride you have as a person.It is not defined by the choices you make in life, nor the mistakes. It is defined by your belief that you deserve support and love.Most of us are too harsh on ourselves. We have too high expectations and believe that we are not guilty of being good enough.But in reality we all have gifts and talents that make us special, some which we are not even aware of - is that not a good enough reason to have self respect?
