 An easy way to stop you feeling upset when someone upsets you is to laugh it off- they won't know that you're upset and you might eventually believe that you're not!- 2. Don't Compare Yourself to Others 
 You are nothing like another person, and no one expects you to be so. Why should you compare yourself to them?- 3. Learn from Criticism 
 It is true that everyone makes mistakes, and everyone receives criticism for them. Instead of being upset about it is to be constructive- learn from it and don't make those mistakes again, it's self-improvement- even if nobody but you knows!- 4. Find Trust in Yourself 
 Know that you are always in control of your decisions and you will always make the right decision for you in the end.- 5. Forget who you Think you Should be 
 Learn to embrace who you are and be yourself.
