Self Awareness

Self Awareness is about understanding who you are: your personality, your emotions, your strengths and weaknesses - what makes YOU. Having self awareness makes you understand yourself better - as well as other people.

- Write down your goals and achievements. Recognize your strengths and praise yourself for them! Think about the things you want to achieve in your life and work towards those!

-Ask for feedback. Whether this is about work, school or anything - asking for feedback is a good way of understanding yourself from the perspective of other people. Receiving feedback can be hard, but we have our own traits that can be hard for ourselves to see.

-Self Reflection. You can do this however you want. Maybe keeping a journal? Ask yourself challenging questions. What is most important to me? What are my values? How do others percieve me?

We learn and get experience in life often through mistakes. Having self reflection enables you to better understand yourself.
