Kate announced she was single on Valentine's Day , and only a month later she was spotted with 23 years older. Back then everyone thought it was only rumors that they were dating, but now it's official! "They were kissing, they weren't hiding it", an eyewitness tells Confidenti@al after spotting them outside a club in Miami Beach.
After hooking up in Miami, they were seen out on a date in New York too, sharing an intimate dinner together.

The source also tells they want to get the island to get away from their staff and security guards.
